Debra Thoma Vallner, Ph.D., MBA is our Project Manager  and has over thirty-five years of experience in drug development through product commercialization management experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Dr. Vallner specializes in building virtual development teams and taking programs from research through IND to Phase I/II clinical trials.

Previously, Dr. Vallner has held senior leadership positions at Roche, Nektar, Exelixis, Anthera, Anacor, eFFECTOR and Eiger Biopharmaceuticals. Recently, Dr. Vallner served as Sr VP of Development Operations for Peel Therapeutics, where she led the management of clinical trials, medical writing, quality control, document management, and biostatistics, as well as designed and directed all phases of clinical trials from Ph1-Ph3.

Dr. Vallner holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from West Virginia University School of Medicine and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
